I'm using Jackrabbit / iClassPro right now — how hard is it to switch?
Easier than staying. Most clubs switch over 2–3 weeks running both systems in parallel — we handle the data export from your current platform, get your families and class structure in cleanly, and run a payment-test week before we flip the billing switch. Disruption to your front desk: a few hours of training. Disruption to your families: a single welcome email when their portal moves.
Do you handle data migration?
Yes — and it's included on every plan, not a paid add-on. We extract your families, athletes, classes, registrations, payment history, and balances from your current system, validate it, and import it. You review the mapping, sign off, and we go live. If your old platform locks the export, we have workarounds. We've seen most of them.
What's the contract length?
Month-to-month on monthly plans. Cancel anytime, no penalty. Annual is optional — pay for 10 months, get 12 — and it's the only commitment we ask for, and only if it saves you money.
How long does onboarding take?
Two to four weeks from signed contract to live, depending on club size and how clean your current data is. A real operator runs your onboarding, not a support queue. You'll have a calendar with milestones, a working session each week, and our number when something feels off.
What's not included?
Payment processing fees pass through at Stripe's standard rate — no markup, no surcharge. SMS messaging is metered at cost if you turn it on. Custom development beyond the API is a separate scope, and only on the Multi tier. Everything else — features, support, ongoing updates — is included on your plan.
Can I add consulting later if I need it?
Yes. The platform stands alone, and so do the consulting services. If you decide later you want help with billing operations, marketing, staff development, or any of the other things we do, you can add it on without changing your platform plan. Most clubs start with just the platform and add services when something specific comes up. Some never do — and that's the point.
